David R. Greeley, M.D., FAAN is a board-certified Neurologist, trained in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.

Northwest Neurological, PLLC was founded by Dr. David Greeley in Spokane, Washington, in 1999. The original focus of this center of excellence in neurology was to provide for patients and families who had neurodegenerative diseases (including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease). Neurological consultation and follow-up care continues to be the primary focus of this group.

In 2003,  moved to its present location in the Washington Medical office building at 507 South Washington, Spokane, Washington.
